Springfield Together Thanks Longtime Supporter Thomas Rooke for Donation

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Springfield Together today thanked Thomas Rooke, owner
of Cannabis Huts in West Springfield and Hassle Free Home Buyers, for a
donation supporting the organization's community programming.

"Mr. Rooke has encouraged Springfield Together for some time now, and today
he continued to do so in the form of financial support with his donation to
our organization. We appreciate all of our volunteers, supporters, and
contributors. We are excited to continue organizing events, camps, and
community gatherings to bring the people of this fine city together," stated
Neil Phillips of Springfield Together.

The gift supports general operations, the flexible funding that keeps
programs running between grant cycles. Springfield Together expects to
direct it toward seasonal efforts including the organization's holiday meal
program and Shop with a Cop, along with other community projects scheduled
through the end of the year.

Rooke's donation arrives as Springfield Together expands its capacity to
accept community support. The organization now accepts online contributions
at springfieldtogether.org, making it possible for residents and local
businesses to give directly for the first time.
