Springfield Together, Inc. ("Springfield Together," "we," "us," or "our") is a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you complete the contact or volunteer form, you choose to share your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of involvement you're interested in, and any message you write. If you check the newsletter box, your email is added to our mailing list.
• Information when you donate. Donations are processed by a third-party payment platform (such as Givebutter or Donorbox). That platform, not this website, collects your payment information and issues receipts. We receive donor name, contact details, gift amount, and gift date so we can thank you and report to the board.
• Basic usage information. Like most websites, ours may log standard request information (IP address, browser, referring page) for security and analytics. We do not sell this information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your message or volunteer interest.
• To send the newsletter, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by replying with "unsubscribe."
• To acknowledge donations, issue receipts, and maintain donor records for our records and required reporting.
• To improve our programs and website.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate (form host, donation platform, email service) and only as needed for them to do their work. We may disclose information when required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Photo releases are required before any image of a minor is posted to this site.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• You can decline cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
