The festival is the largest thing we run and the least documented, which is a gap in our record rather than a doubt about the event. We are asking the board for dates and a flyer from the last three years. Until one arrives, this notice stays up.

How it works
The city's mayor and the police commissioner co-host the festival with us, alongside Strong Young Minds and Elks Lodge #61. Children and families get gifts, food and music.
We can name the partners because the board can name them. We cannot yet name a date, a venue or a year, because no flyer, news story or photograph of the festival has reached us. That is why the fields above are mostly blank and why the notice above them is there.
